Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:  Our orders are process within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Times:  We ship from our residential location based in Chicago, IL and currently only ship to the continental United States.  Customers will receive their products within 3-7 business days from ship date.

Shipping Costs:  

• Orders with an order value of $94.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $10.
• Orders with an order value of $95.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping.

Local Pickup:  We currently offer local pickup in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.  Choose the pickup option and make your purchase.  Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours of purchase. 

Once your purchase is ready for pickup, you will receive an email to contact a representative that will meet you at a decided upon location at a decided upon time.  Please bring confirmation of purchase.
