Which handle should I pick?
Bungee Classic - Built-in shock absorption, ideal for reactive dogs, strong pullers, or joggers. The bungee spring absorbs sudden lunges.
PupFit Classic - Rigid ergonomic grip, best for everyday walking and training with dogs that walk on a loose leash.
Pack Handle - Includes a PupBag and offers handle variety for walks, tug, and multi-activity days.
Go Pro - A dual-handle system designed for professional walkers or people walking multiple dogs.
What is the PupBag and which bundles include it?
The PupBag is a carrying bag so you can keep all your accessories together in a safe place or take them on the go. It is included in all Pack bundles (PupPack, DualPack, AlphaPack, and their Pro versions). It is not included in Bungee Classic, PupFit Classic, or leash bundles.
How do I choose between Short, Medium, and Utility leash sizes?
Short (40 cm) - Best for crowded sidewalks, reactive dogs, and training sessions requiring tight control.
Medium (80 cm) - The everyday size for parks, neighborhoods, and casual walks.
Utility (175 cm) - Adjustable length and hands-free capable when combined with other leash attachments. Included in every multi-leash bundle.
If you walk in varied environments, a 2-leash bundle lets you swap sizes based on the situation. The 3-leash bundle covers all three sizes at once.
Can I walk two dogs with one PupFit bundle?
Yes. Any 2-leash (M variation) or 3-leash bundle lets you walk two or three dogs at the same time from one handle, one leash per dog. For regularly walking 2 or more dogs, we recommend a DualPack (M), AlphaPack, or the Pro versions of each.
What is the bone and do I need to include it?
The bone is an optional treat-dispensing accessory that clips into the PupFit system. You select it in Step 4 of the bundle builder. It is great for rewarding your dog mid-walk or during training, but it is not required to complete your bundle.
What bundle is best for professional dog walkers and trainers?
We recommend the Go Pro tier. The dual-handle design was built with professional walkers in mind. You get two handles per bundle, PupBag included, and up to 3 leashes. The AlphaPack Pro (3-leash) is the most popular among pros. The DualPack Pro is a strong entry point if you are just starting out professionally.
Are PupFit bundles good for running and fitness walks?
Yes, that is exactly what PupFit is built for. For runners, the Bungee Classic absorbs pulling force so sudden lunges do not break your stride. For hands-free running, the Dual & AlphaPacks offer hands-free leashes. Both options are strength-rated for athletic dogs.
What is the difference between PupPack, DualPack, and AlphaPack?
All three use the Pack Handle and include a PupBag. The difference is leash count.
PupPack - 1 leash (Short, Medium, or Utility). From $70.
DualPack - 2 leashes (Short plus Utility or Medium plus Utility). From $95.
AlphaPack - 3 leashes (Short, Medium, and Utility). $120.
